StoryCorps Listening Party

After StoryCorps’ 2023 residency in Acadiana recording conversations, we invite you to gather to hear some of the recorded stories by your Opelousas neighbors. We will also discuss storytelling and oral histories and why it is so important to preserve them.

You might laugh, you might cry, but you will definitely learn more about people in the area.

Join StoryCorps and the Opelousas Museum for an evening of conversation, listening and pure inspiration.
